Joint session is an area within Smartsettle, part of shared information, where parties can exchange information in free form. It works somewhat like a notice board to help facilitate communication between online parties. In the joint session you can designate areas for discussion. You can use this area to create the Framework for Agreement and/or post the Final Agreement (see also private caucus).
