Smartsettle Infinity runs on Windows Vista/XP/2000/NT/98 (20 MB). Mac users can run Smartsettle using Boot Camp, Parallels or VMware. Smartsettle One requires no download.

After installing, check online update to see if a more recent build or documentation package has been released.

Instructions

A dialog box should appear allowing you to choose a location to save the file. Choose a temporary directory and remember the name. When the download is finished, find the file and double-click on it to install Smartsettle. After installation, click here for setup and update instructions.

Unless you have also purchased a key, your installation will default to the Observer (Lite) Edition. After you've taken Smartsettle Observer for a test drive you will be better able to choose the Smartsettle edition that's best for you. Simply adding the appropriate key will upgrade your installation.

Problems?

Some browsers may have trouble downloading executable files. Following are some workaround options. Note that you will be able to easily update using online update if you install an older build.

• Here is Build 1682. This is our previous solid legacy version, which you may need to be compatible with other users still on this version.

• Herre is an even older build in a Zip file, SmartsettleSetup1555c.zip.You can always update using Online Update.

• Update your browser or try a different one, e.g., Mozilla Firefox.

• Try the 1555c xyz setup. This is the previous stable commercial version except with an xyz extension to fool your browser. After downloading, simply rename it to an exe. You will be able to update with online update after installing this build.
