SmartSettle Facilitator Training Course Contents

SmartSettle Facilitator Training Level I involves orientation and basic tutorials. Level II involves trainees in a simulated negotiation in which they play the role of a disputing party. In Level III, trainees co-facilitate with someone at a more advanced stage. Subsequent levels involve parties in real-life cases.
