| Whenever two or more parties accept the same package, Smartsettle declares a tentative agreement among those parties and that package appears in a published group under the heading Tentative. There is never more than one package in this group. If parties agree on a different package, the old Tentative is replaced by it. A tentative solution may be binding or non-binding. Parties may decide at any time to implement a Tentative solution as their final agreement but they may also choose to use such a package as a reference point from which to search for improvements. | |
