VICTORIA — Thursday, June 19, 2008 — Smartsettle One debuted at the 7th Annual International Forum on Online Dispute Resolution in a public demonstration hosted by the International eNegotiation Tournament.

The Smartsettle One Competition started one week prior to the Forum and ended at the closing ceremonies. Participants were offered a choice of three types of cases; Insurance Claim Settlement, Residential Tenancy Dispute and a Broken Supply Agreement. In each situation, the players negotiated a single monetary issue using Smartsettle One’s state-of-the-art web interface.
