are provided. Each party should seek its own independent
legal advice before making any final decisions. Participants
must select their own lawyers. Upon request, Smartsettle™ may
provide the participants with a list of lawyers from which
to choose. It is the responsibility of the participants to
contact a lawyer: Smartsettle™ bears no responsibility
for any consequences arising from a participant’s decision
to seek, or not to seek, legal advice whether or not from
a lawyer recommended by Smartsettle™, nor is Smartsettle™ liable
for any consequences of that legal advice. |

an Exit Questionnaire at the end of the process. |
Services include face-to-face appointments, any online (including
telephone) communication, and work done on the client’s
behalf between sessions. First consultation is free, up to half
an hour.
Responses to phone calls or emails requiring less than five minutes
per day shall be complementary.
All fees are payable in advance at the front desk. If meeting
after hours, you may pay your facilitator at the session. Half
the session is charged for appointment changes or cancellations
with less than 24 hours notice.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with Smartsettle's service
we would like to know. Please request a feedback form from the
office. If there is a problem that we are unable to correct promptly
we will gladly refund any monies paid within the previous 30 days
of your request.
